In an effort to keep our employees and our patients safe during the COVID- 19 outbreak, and in accordance with St. Louis County mandates, we will not see patients at either BioBalance Health or BioBalance Skin until further notice and have instituted the following plan to still provide as many  services as possible to our patients without having to enter our buildings.

  1. We will have one administrative staff member at the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 – 5:00 to answer calls, receive faxes, fulfill supplement or product request, etc. See below for more information regarding supplements and skin care products.
  2. If you are scheduled for a consultation with Dr. Maupin or Dr. Sullivan, your consult will be done over the phone at its scheduled day and time. However, your pellet insertion will be scheduled at a later date.  Please wait for someone from our office to contact you with further details about your appointment.
  3. If you are scheduled for a lab review with one of our nurse practitioners, your review will be done over the phone on its schedule day and time. However, your pellet insertion will be scheduled at a later date.  Please wait for someone from our office to contact you with further details about your appointment.
  4. If you are scheduled for pellet insertion with one of our nurse practitioners, unfortunately your appointment will be canceled until further notice. We are calling patients on a week-by-week basis.  Please wait for someone from our office to contact you with further details about your appointment.
  5. Our nurses will still be available to answer e-mails and respond to calls. The best way to get a message to your provider is to e-mail us at nurse@biobalancehealth.com.
  6. Under the mandate, BioBalance Skin is closed for 30 days. If you have an upcoming appointment, please do not call the office but wait for someone from our staff to contact you.  However, someone will be available at BioBalance Skin on a limited basis to fulfill skin care product orders. See below for more information regarding skin care products.
  7. Supplements: If you are in need of supplements, please call the office or e-mail nurse@biobalancehealth.com.   Once your order is ready, we will make arrangements so that you can safely pick up your order without entering our building or we can mail your order to your home.
  8. Skin Care Products: If you are in need of skin care products or gift cards, please e-mail us your order at sales@biobalanceskin.com.  Once your order is ready, we will make arrangements so that you can safely pick up your order without entering our building or we can mail your order to your home.

We will continue to monitor this situation in the coming weeks and will keep you apprised of any changes through our website, e-mail, Facebook and Instagram.
